Refund Policy

Refund Policy: A partial refund of ₹500 will be provided if the booking is canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time.

1. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the theaters.
2. OTT Accounts: Guests are required to bring their own OTT accounts to watch content.
3. Party Items: Party poppers, foam, and champagne are not allowed inside the theaters due to the sensitivity of the interiors.
4. Outside Food: Outside food is strictly prohibited to maintain the cleanliness and condition of the carpets and recliners.
5. Children's Charges: Full charges apply for children aged 5 years and above; half charges apply for those below 5 years.
6. Admission Policy: The management reserves the right of admission.
