Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to private theatre bookings and related add-ons purchased through https://bingeandparty.com or confirmed directly with Binge & Party for our Hyderabad venue. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. In case of conflict on cancellation or refunds, this Refund Policy prevails for those topics.
Overview
When you book a time slot, we reserve the theatre, staff, and any ordered supplies for you. Cancellations close to the visit date limit our ability to resell that slot, so refund eligibility is tied to how far in advance you cancel and whether we have already incurred non-recoverable costs.
Cancellation by you
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled start time may be eligible for a partial refund. Where offered, the refundable portion is typically ₹500 per applicable booking component, after deducting any non-refundable gateway or processing fees charged by payment partners.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are generally not eligible for a refund, because the slot is considered committed and operational costs apply.
- Partial attendance, shortening your stay after check-in, or leaving early does not entitle you to a refund for unused time unless we agree otherwise in writing.
No-shows and late arrival
If you do not arrive for your booking ("no-show") or arrive significantly late, the full booking fee is typically forfeited and no refund is due. Your slot includes setup and checkout time as communicated at booking; arriving late may reduce your usable time without a price adjustment.
Cancellation or changes by us
If we must cancel your booking due to circumstances within our control (for example double-booking error confirmed by us), we will offer a full refund of amounts paid for the affected booking or, where you prefer, rescheduling to another available slot. If we cannot operate due to force majeure (for example government orders, natural disasters, or widespread utility failure), we will work with you on rescheduling or a fair credit or refund as the situation allows.
Technical or service failure at the venue
If essential equipment or services we provide (for example projection, sound, or air conditioning we maintain) fail through no fault of yours and we cannot restore a comparable experience within a reasonable part of your slot, we may offer a partial refund, extension, or rescheduling. This does not cover issues caused by your devices, accounts, or internet connectivity (including streaming platform outages on your side).
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp). We may treat a reschedule inside 72 hours as a new booking with standard cancellation rules unless we confirm a waiver in writing.
Payment processing and fees
- Refunds, when approved, are usually credited to the original payment method.
- Banks and payment gateways may take 7–14 business days (sometimes longer) to show credits; timing is outside our direct control.
- Non-refundable components may include payment gateway charges, third-party add-ons already purchased on your behalf, or promotional rates explicitly marked as non-refundable.
Disputes
If you believe a charge or refund is incorrect, contact us first with your booking reference and payment details. We aim to resolve disputes in good faith before you pursue chargebacks or other remedies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on https://bingeandparty.com with an updated "Last Updated" date.
